The website salonly.ge and its application ('Platform') are owned and operated by Individual Entrepreneur Saba Dumbadze (Identification Code: 61001082808) ('we', 'Salonly'). These Terms and Conditions ('Agreement') constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Salonly. By creating an account on the platform or using the services, you fully agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose of the Platform

Salonly.ge is an online platform that connects users ('Users') with beauty salons and their staff ('Salons'). The platform acts only as a connecting system and is not responsible for the direct provision of services.

2. User Account

During registration, you must provide accurate and complete information. The user is solely responsible for the security of their password. Actions taken using the account are considered actions of the user. We reserve the right to restrict or block accounts in case of violation of rules.

3. Bookings and Cancellations

Bookings are made through the platform, and services are provided by the salon. Cancellations can only be made by contacting the salon at least 24 hours in advance; salons may change or cancel bookings only under necessary circumstances.

4. Payments

Payments are made only directly at the salon.

5. Prices and Changes

Prices are set by the salons and displayed on the platform. We are not responsible for the accuracy of prices. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, with changes effective upon publication.

6. Intellectual Property

The materials on the site (logo, texts, design, photos) are owned by Salonly or its licensors. Copying or commercial use of platform materials without permission is prohibited.

7. User Obligations

Users must: not provide false or misleading information; not use the platform for unlawful purposes; respect the rights of other users and salons; follow ethical behavior standards.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by salons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the platform. Responsibility for services lies directly with the salon.

9. Privacy

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the legislation of Georgia. All disputes shall be settled in Tbilisi City Court.

11. Force Majeure

Parties are released from obligations in case of force majeure circumstances.

12. Changes to Terms

Salonly.ge reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on the platform.
